Fancy a bigger batch?
Muffin Mumma has no broadcaster or streamer behind it. It’s just us, six clay muffins and you. Thanks to you, six episodes are now funded and will be made by hand in Margate, ready by Easter 2027. But the Kickstarter is open until Wednesday 4 November, and every extra £1,000 bakes another episode. Pledges still start at £5, and sharing the link still costs nothing at all. Back it, share it, and help us make the batch even bigger.

Meet Sprinkles, Cherry, Uni, Rocky, Canda and Appy, six clay muffins who live in a tea-towel tent in a bright pastel kitchen. Everything you see was sculpted and moved by hand, one frame at a time. No AI, no shortcuts, just clay and giggles.
About the Show
Mix, Pour, Pipe & Giggle
Muffin Mumma is a brand-new stop-motion series for two-to-five-year-olds. It follows six clay muffins who live in a tea-towel tent in a bright pastel kitchen, where every day brings a new adventure across the counter.
There’s no dialogue, just giggles and sounds, so little ones follow the story through faces and actions. Each episode is gentle and calm, full of teamwork, kindness, imagination and play. The Muffins love baking too, so it’s the perfect excuse to get the mixing bowl out with your own grown-up.
Episodes
Raiders of the Lost Shark
Rocky sets off on an epic Indiana Jones-style quest inside the Bread Bin Temple to retrieve a golden shark treasure. With sneaky macaroons setting traps at every turn, Rocky must dodge danger to get the prize and keep his friends safe.
Hide and Sleep
Sprinkles wakes up alone and sets off on a search across the kitchen to find out where everyone went. As Sprinkles explores sneaky hiding spots behind everyday objects, a cozy game of hide-and-seek unfolds.
The Big Sneeze
A pepper pot accident triggers a giant sneeze that sends Appy’s beloved candle flying onto a high, out-of-reach counter. The Muffins rally together, trying one absurd contraption after another to help her get it back.
The Obstacle Course
Cherry designs an action-packed obstacle course out of everyday kitchen items for the Muffins to tackle. The group faces hurdles, tunnels, and a squelchy porridge pit as they race to see who can make it across the finish line.
The Kitchen Dinosaur
Heavy footsteps and a strange footprint convince the Muffins that a scary dinosaur is roaming the kitchen. As the roaring shadow approaches, Canda steps up to investigate the mysterious creature lurking behind the tent.
Appy’s Measuring Cup Orchestra
Appy discovers that bouncing on measuring cups makes fantastic music, but a sudden case of stage fright freezes her in her tracks when an audience gathers. Her friends must figure out how to help her feel comfortable enough to play her tune again.
Behind
The Scenes
It takes a whole batch of talented people to make one little Muffin move. Script writers, storyboard artists, model makers and animators, all mixing it up in one Margate studio. Hit play and see who brings the Muffins to life!
About the Production Company

The Muffins will be baked to life at Postgate Stage, A+C’s Margate studio named after Oliver Postgate, the legend of Kent stop-motion who gave us Bagpuss and The Clangers.
